Own end-to-end project management for people-side global expansion initiatives, including new entity formations, geographic expansions, and M&A integrations. Lead change management and communications across the full entity lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across People, Legal, Tax, Finance, and Payroll, and drive readiness gates to successful go-lives. Build scalable project infrastructure—templates, SOPs, trackers, and playbooks—so complex, multi-jurisdiction programs can launch with minimal disruption.
