•Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and escalate elevated issues with store management.
•Handle cash and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment) while maintaining standards and compliance with store policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 14.7 - 24.5 hourly

•Fashion-savvy with interest in current trends.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•Available to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders (with or without accommodation).
•Provide reliable transportation.
•Must be 16 years old.
