Key Responsibilities

  • •Own system design for agentic capabilities, including orchestration, context/state, tool boundaries, and reliability patterns for non-deterministic systems.

  • •Prototype architectural decisions before teams implement at scale, validating feasibility and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant time as a senior, staff, or principal-level architect or technical lead designing production systems.
  • •Deep expertise in distributed systems, including service boundaries, consistency models, event-driven architecture, and reliable API design at scale.
  • •Hands-on experience prototyping and architecting agentic or LLM-powered systems in production, including agent loop design, context engineering, tool/function calling, and RAG.
  • •Working knowledge of data engineering fundamentals (data modeling, pipeline design, and streaming vs. batch) to make informed architectural decisions.
  • •Proven influence without authority through technical design review feedback, mentorship, and clear communication of architectural trade-offs to executives and customers.
