Job Summary

Leader responsible for end-to-end silicon performance and design execution within the Server Performance Group. Guides cross-functional teams across architecture, modeling, design, validation, software, and product groups to ensure performance, power, and efficiency targets for current and future SoCs and accelerators, delivering on schedule and enabling market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Own system-level performance attainment and HW/SW optimization to improve out-of-box and sustained performance across silicon products.
• Lead post-silicon debug, regression, performance analysis, and optimization efforts to achieve committed product targets.
• Establish and evolve methodologies for power and performance modeling, validation, and silicon bring up.
• Lead execution across silicon programs, ensuring performance and power goals are met on schedule.
• Partner closely with architecture, RTL design, verification, firmware, system software, and product management teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• Strong experience in silicon design, post-silicon performance optimization, or related hardware/software performance engineering.
• Proven leadership experience with engineering teams and cross-functional programs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with architecture, RTL design, verification, firmware, system software, and product management teams.
• Track record delivering complex silicon programs on schedule with focus on power and performance.
