Job Summary

Help Thumbtack pros maximize their success on the platform by partnering consultatively and building long-term trust. You’ll conduct profile reviews, drive proactive outreach (calls plus SMS/email), troubleshoot inquiries, and set expectations on lead costs, marketing, and ROI. Maintain success metrics across revenue attainment, efficiency, pro satisfaction, and NPS, while identifying cross-sell opportunities and continuously improving processes with the Success Team.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with pros by listening to their needs and providing expert solutions to drive pro satisfaction and longevity.
•Maintain strong product and industry knowledge and support pros through comprehensive profile reviews, including response time, reviews, photos, and quick replies.
•Make at least 50 outbound calls per day (using tools such as AI when needed) to determine the best path to help pros get hired.
•Act as a consultative guide on expectations for lead costs, marketing, and ROI, and troubleshoot inquiries with de-escalation and problem-solving.
•Monitor and improve success metrics (revenue attainment, quality adherence, efficiency, pro satisfaction, and NPS) and follow up via call, SMS, and/or email.

Key Requirements

•At least 1–2 years of B2B selling and/or success experience, with at least 6 months of outbound calling or collections exposure, preferably in the BPO or Shared Services industry.
•Experience with customer retention, churn, onboarding, and reactivation.
•A proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas.
•Proficiency in English.
•Experience in pipeline management and customer support/product education.
