Prepare and keep the dining hall clean, organized, and fresh before and during service. Assist with morning restaurant cleaning, utensil cleaning before each service, and mise en place setup with the captain waiter. Support meal service by transporting food to the dining hall, plating for clients, and maintaining high hygiene standards, including refilling glasses and changing ashtrays. Clear tables after meals and move dirty plates and glasses to dishwashing.
