Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead contract administration and commercial management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations across IA, PPA, EPC, O&M, and related project agreements.
  • •Manage EPC contract administration, including scope/schedule/performance compliance, contractual submissions, and payment applications.
  • •Administer variations and change management through the variation order process and maintain variation/change registers with proper documentation and approval.
  • •Lead assessment and management of contractor/project company claims and disputes, coordinating with Planning, Engineering, Commercial, and Legal for defense and settlement.
  • •Oversee contract risk management, payment/commercial tracking, securities, and contract close-out/final account while interfacing across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced claims and dispute management experience, including EOT, prolongation, disruption, acceleration, and change-in-law assessments.
  • •Ability to manage contract/variation and quantum assessment, including initiation through approval and implementation of variation orders.
  • •Experience with contract close-out and final account management, including warranty and defects liability obligations.
  • •Ability to manage lender and Owner’s Engineer interfaces in support of contractual deliverables.
  • •Familiarity with progress/schedule knowledge and delay/EOT analysis to support contractual milestones.
