Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in performing chemical, physical and packaging analyses for shelf life validation
  • •Conduct Gas Chromatography flavour analyses and review literature to support shelf life modelling
  • •Develop and validate shelf life protocols for sauces and new packaging
  • •Create periodic reports and presentations to communicate findings to the team
  • •Collaborate with Innovation centre and other departments to share knowledge and build the shelf life model

Key Requirements

  • •Food Technology Quality Management/Process Engineering/Food Chemistry/Food Microbiology Bachelor/Master student
  • •Had classes on chromatography (GC,HPLC), chemical analysis (titration, Soxhlet), water content, water activity and rheometer
  • •Experience in lab analysis is crucial
  • •Experience in modelling of data is a plus
  • •You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship
