Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and analyze Claims operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • •Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support management decision-making.
  • •Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
  • •Assist in root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Key Requirements
