Crew Leader

Lead production work in a meat processing environment to help deliver safe, high-quality food. Perform essential line tasks and support coworkers to maintain safety, quality, and teamwork. Work with hand tools, knives, machinery, and production equipment while understanding the full operations of the line. Support training and development for production employees and be prepared for physically demanding, shift-based work (including possible overtime).
