Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Network Schedulers/MPS planners for the 0–3 months window and collaborate with Buyers, Material Planners, and Order Managers.
  • •Manage capacity vs. demand across the 0–36 months horizon, flag exceptions, and drive decisions to close supply-demand gaps.
  • •Create the consensus supply plan balancing finished goods inventory and capacity to meet on-time-in-full demand.
  • •Ensure production schedule adherence and update FG inventory targets and inventory policies with SIOP and business teams.
  • •Review supply and inventory performance metrics, run scenario planning, and lead improvement actions to achieve cash, cost, and customer service results.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferably MBA/Masters) in Supply Chain/Operations or Engineering.
  • •8+ years of supply chain management and planning experience for a global or multi-plant industrial company.
  • •Proven people leadership experience managing a team of planners/schedulers.
  • •Ability to manage complex material flows across multi-tier manufacturing and distribution networks.
  • •Strong analytical skills to analyze large volumes of data, build scenarios, and communicate outcomes (CPIM is a plus).
