Lead and solve customer High-Value Problems (HVPs) for semiconductor and display manufacturing toolsets, working across development, transfer, ramp, and HVM to improve fab KPIs like yield, output, and cost. Drive defect/variability/COO reduction and Cpk/matching/output optimization, resolve complex tool issues using analytics and systematic troubleshooting, and capture learnings to expand FV knowledge bases.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and solve customer HVPs to meet business needs independently or under supporting.
•Engage with customers during development, transfer, ramp, and HVM to understand impacts on yield, output, and cost.
•Increase CSA value through defect/variability/COO reduction and Cpk/matching/output optimization, including new application/product introduction projects.
•Identify and drive CIP opportunities to improve tool performance and resolve complex tool issues using analytics and FV troubleshooting for root-cause diagnostics.
•Capture learnings and case studies in the FV knowledge base, support process escalations, and identify opportunities for CSA renewal/upsell/penetration.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience.
•Fluency in Korean, both verbal and written.
•Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in DDP/ETCH.
•Ability to interpret business issues and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
•Ability to solve complex problems independently with guidance in only the most complex situations.
