Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and solve customer HVPs to meet business needs independently or under supporting.
  • •Engage with customers during development, transfer, ramp, and HVM to understand impacts on yield, output, and cost.
  • •Increase CSA value through defect/variability/COO reduction and Cpk/matching/output optimization, including new application/product introduction projects.
  • •Identify and drive CIP opportunities to improve tool performance and resolve complex tool issues using analytics and FV troubleshooting for root-cause diagnostics.
  • •Capture learnings and case studies in the FV knowledge base, support process escalations, and identify opportunities for CSA renewal/upsell/penetration.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience.
  • •Fluency in Korean, both verbal and written.
  • •Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in DDP/ETCH.
  • •Ability to interpret business issues and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • •Ability to solve complex problems independently with guidance in only the most complex situations.
