Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs by ensuring consistent FP&A process execution and resolving discrepancies through analysis.
  • •Provide data-driven insights to influence revenue, margins, cost structures, and capital allocation/investment decisions.
  • •Develop managerial reporting, analytics, and executive-ready presentations for division and Americas Materials leadership.
  • •Manage the FP&A organization: build and mentor the team, oversee service delivery model improvements, and champion digital and analytics automation capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance concentration preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A or operational finance roles.
  • •Deep expertise in FP&A processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • •Working knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and enterprise performance management (EPM) tools (e.g., Hyperion); prior people-management experience required.
