Job Summary

Lead Applied Materials’ enterprise strategy and execution for AI, Generative AI, agentic automation, MLOps, and RPA. Own the full AI/GenAI lifecycle from PoC to production across domains such as Contract Analytics, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities

•Own enterprise AI/GenAI strategy and PoC-to-production delivery across business domains (Contract Analytics, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain).
•Architect and govern enterprise agentic AI strategy, deploying multi-agent and LLM-powered tools at scale.
•Lead end-to-end MLOps programs, including training pipelines, CI/CD for ML, feature stores, and production monitoring with governance for bias, explainability, and drift.
•Architect and deploy enterprise multi-agent AI systems and internal AI tools, integrating with ERP, CRM, and ITSM for end-to-end automation.
•Lead the RPA Center of Excellence and enterprise automation programs with measurable cost avoidance and efficiency gains, including RPA governance and KPIs.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 224,000 - 308,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML, with 7+ years leading large engineering or AI teams.
•Deliver enterprise-scale AI/GenAI programs with measurable business impact, including building/scaling production MLOps platforms.
•Deploy RPA programs at scale (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent) and have hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or comparable).
•Experience leading governance, legal, and security review processes for AI/GenAI deployments in regulated or enterprise contexts.
•Strong deep LLM expertise including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and domain adaptation.
