Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Brokerage Product & Customer Care, translating vision into operating rhythms, accountability, and execution across cross-functional teams. •Drive complex, large-scale product initiatives from concept through execution, providing feedback to improve product design and execution.
•Partner with HR, Finance, and Recruiting on headcount planning, resource allocation, and talent development initiatives.
•Manage high-priority, ambiguous projects on behalf of the VP as a tactical decision-maker and problem-solver.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 225,000 annually

•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex technical/product/operational concepts into clear narratives.
•Proven success managing large-scale operational frameworks and intricate cross-functional projects.
