Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop three programmatic traders, running 1:1s, performance reviews, skills-gap assessments, and stand-ups.
  • •Serve as a working manager and backup trader to troubleshoot delivery issues and manage high-priority line items during peak periods.
  • •Oversee end-to-end campaign operations for both impression-based CPM package campaigns and spend-based managed budget campaigns, ensuring pacing accuracy and delivery against client goals.
  • •Own the automation and AI strategy: identify and integrate AI-driven tools, re-engineer workflows, upskill the team into AI-enabled reporting/forecasting, and build AI-enabled measurement/optimization capabilities.
  • •Design and implement standardized SOPs and playbooks for trafficking, QA, optimization, and reporting; develop pacing dashboards and act as a senior operational escalation point for key clients.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of experience in ad operations, programmatic media, or digital media trading, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with major DSP and ad server platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr/Microsoft, Amazon DSP; Campaign Manager 360, FreeWheel, GAM).
  • •Experience applying AI or automation to media workflows, with a focus on process redesign and coaching teams into AI-enabled ways of working.
  • •Experience managing both CPM/impression-based and budget/spend-based campaign structures, including auction fundamentals and programmatic KPI execution.
  • •Proven ability to manage and train teams operating at scale (100+ line items), plus experience developing ad ops workflows, SOPs, or playbooks.
