•Lead actuary on client teams, overseeing actuarial projects and client relationships
•Influence clients' strategic and financial direction in benefits, framing results in the marketplace context
•Review health care budgets and contribution setting; perform statements of actuarial opinion and lead analyses
•Mentor and leverage work to less experienced actuaries; ensure high-quality client deliverables through peer review
•Communicate actuarial results to clients and lead financial meetings, explaining results and alternatives
