Job Summary

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementations and support projects. Gather and document learning/training business requirements, configure and maintain LMS learning components, recommendations, workflows, and notifications, and manage integrations with Employee Central and other virtual learning systems. Coordinate LMS data migrations, support SSO/authentication, troubleshoot issues with root-cause analysis, and develop LMS reporting using Plateau, Story, People Analytics, and Canvas.

•Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementations and support projects.
•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for learning and training processes.
•Configure and maintain LMS learning components, including learning items, curricula, programs, assignments, learning paths, classes and schedules, user groups, domains/security roles, and libraries/categories.
•Configure LMS workflows and notifications; support integrations with Employee Central, Platform, virtual learning systems, and third-party content providers.
•Develop and maintain LMS reports, analyze learning completion and compliance metrics, and troubleshoot system issues with root cause analysis.
