Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive branch business development and revenue growth for Small Business and Mass Affluent through client meetings, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Promote Truist’s Purpose, Mission, and Values, and represent the branch with civic, government, professional, business, and community involvement.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics; complete required training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience/performance.
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment (including new/transfer registration and applicable NMLS background check).
