Manage procurement procure-to-pay activities for indirect materials, ensuring timely, cost-effective purchasing that supports operational requirements and supply chain objectives. Execute RFQ (Request for Proposal) management, negotiation, and cost analysis; prepare purchase orders and approve payments. Coordinate supplier scheduling and issue resolution, oversee commodity purchasing orders, and maintain supplier relationships. Serve as a point of contact for order status, changes, or cancellations while supporting compliance and process improvements.
