Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement high-speed electrical/optical interfaces and analog circuits for NVLINK from concept through silicon characterization.
  • •Define circuit requirements and complete design from schematic, layout, verification, and characterization.
  • •Conduct schematic design of deep-submicron CMOS using Spectre, Hspice, or similar tools.
  • •Lead circuit architecture, transistor design, and verification using industry standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso.
  • •Provide support for post-silicon bring-up and debugging, coordinating with layout engineers on floorplan, matching, and high-speed routing.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with strong analog design background (or equivalent experience).
  • •6+ years of analog design experience.
  • •Experience with CMOS analog/mixed-signal circuit design in deep sub-micron process (especially FINFET).
  • •Hands-on use of IC design/verification tools including Cadence Virtuoso and analog simulation tools such as Spectre, HSpice, Finesim, or XA.
  • •Ability to create test bench environments, perform behavioral modeling, and conduct noise/stability/AC/DC/transient and Monte Carlo analysis with strong debugging and analytical skills.
