Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop agentic AI solutions that take real actions for real organizations, shipping to production environments from day one.
  • •Build agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems using the Agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture decisions through deployment, validation, and observability in production.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms; model data and validate outputs.
  • •Partner with customers and a Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into solutions and surface platform gaps and field insights to product teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience (6-10 years for Senior levels) with at least one production system.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
