Serve as a trusted advisor to plumbing and HVAC contractor customers by proactively engaging them at the counter, by phone, and via email. Use product expertise to guide purchasing decisions, drive sales growth through upsells and cross-sells, and provide accurate parts information using catalogs and computer systems. Process transactions efficiently, manage special orders and back-orders, support outside sales associates, and maintain a professional, organized counter environment while following safety regulations.
