Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical delivery of the project from design to closure.
  • •Create design documents (FDS, DDS), test procedures, and training manuals.
  • •Lead customer meetings including design workshops, training, and testing.
  • •Track and manage project progress to schedule and report regularly to stakeholders.
  • •Design and build performance/analytical models for equipment and process scenarios, and manage delivery within budget and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years designing and implementing KPI and data reconciliation solutions for refining, petrochemical, mining, power, or other chemical industries.
  • •Strong knowledge of equipment, energy, and process monitoring KPIs in refining and chemical process industries.
  • •Ability to identify, define, and build KPIs for equipment, process, and energy parameters across process units and departments.
  • •Hands-on experience with mass/energy balance model building, configuration, and testing using Honeywell Production Accounting and Reconciliation/Production Balance, Sigmafine, Belsim Vali, and Aspen AORA.
  • •BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
