Job Summary

Lead and organize development of Quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) for the UTMD portfolio and ensure accurate, predictable monthly and quarterly financial performance for FMS and THAAD contracts. Partner with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and program leaders to align Earned Value (EV) practices, analyze EV metrics, and generate key financial artifacts using SAP/Analysis Office reporting and reconciliation. Support data-driven decision-making across the IPT.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and organize the development of multiple Quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) across the UTMD portfolio for the IPT.
•Ensure accurate and predictable monthly and quarterly financial performance.
•Provide guidance to CAMs on best practices and process improvements.
•Collaborate with program leaders to establish common practices for using and reporting Earned Value (EV) data.
•Perform SAP/Analysis Office (AO) report extractions, data reconciliation, and analysis, and support IPT leadership with data-driven financial insights.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in project or technical leadership, including leading cross-functional engineering teams to achieve program and organizational objectives.
•Experience utilizing financial metrics, including earned value, project budgets, ROI, cost savings, annual budget management, and/or revenue growth.
•Provide guidance to Control Account Managers (CAMs) on best practices and process improvements.
•Experience supporting proposals, including conducting proposal gate reviews and baselining program plans (preferred).
