Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Career Accelerator Program with professional and technical training to accelerate your ramp into TI
  • •Work as part of TI’s global HR team, partnering with leaders across the company
  • •Explore both an HR business partner generalist path and a specialist HR role (e.g., recruiting, compensation, development, employee relations)
  • •Support HR strategies by assessing HR needs with business groups and developing and implementing solutions
  • •Complete immersive job assignments from the start, plus networking and on-the-job project opportunities across HR functions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • •0–2 years experience in TD/HRBP/TA (etc.)
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills
