Key Responsibilities

•Manage NPI engineering material planning and tracking for fast-paced projects, especially for foundries and OSATs.
•Derive engineering sample material purchase plans and follow through the material delivery plan.
•Communicate logistics status and lead activities to meet program objectives and supportability.
•Interact with suppliers to maintain a steady material flow and operational alignment.
•Work cross-functionally to manage customer engineering sample delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in an engineering field.
•Strong technical understanding of backend manufacturing processes (wafer prep, dicing methodologies, sorting characteristics).
•Experience in forecasting, planning, and analysis.
•Proven experience in semiconductor NPI and supply chain risk mitigation during high-pressure or supply-constrained scenarios.
•Fluent English (written and verbal) and excellent communication to bridge technical requirements and delivery timelines.
