Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage NPI engineering material planning and tracking for fast-paced projects, especially for foundries and OSATs.
  • •Derive engineering sample material purchase plans and follow through the material delivery plan.
  • •Communicate logistics status and lead activities to meet program objectives and supportability.
  • •Interact with suppliers to maintain a steady material flow and operational alignment.
  • •Work cross-functionally to manage customer engineering sample delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in an engineering field.
  • •Strong technical understanding of backend manufacturing processes (wafer prep, dicing methodologies, sorting characteristics).
  • •Experience in forecasting, planning, and analysis.
  • •Proven experience in semiconductor NPI and supply chain risk mitigation during high-pressure or supply-constrained scenarios.
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal) and excellent communication to bridge technical requirements and delivery timelines.
