Job Summary

Oversee plant maintenance activities for a high-speed food manufacturing site, partnering with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and OpEx to meet Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals. Lead asset care and reliability strategy across production and utilities, driving preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve equipment uptime and KPIs like OEE and downtime. Manage and develop a 30+ person maintenance team while supporting capital planning, budget/resource management, and RCA-led continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead the site Asset Care and Reliability strategy across production and utility systems, driving preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
•Provide technical expertise for equipment selection, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; execute maintenance using standardized processes and CMMS.
•Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Maintenance team of 30+ employees, setting expectations, coaching, and accountability.
•Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and OpEx to support continuous improvement and improve KPIs such as OEE, downtime, cost, and quality.
•Lead RCA for equipment failures and chronic losses, implementing sustainable corrective actions to improve asset performance and reliability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,600 - 134,200 annually

•High School Diploma or GED.
•5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
•3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
•Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or similar reliability systems.
•Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP) and maintenance planning/scheduling discipline.
