Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and manage the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and up-to-date records
•Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and sales documentation for the sales team
•Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance dashboards
•Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications between the sales team and prospects or clients
•Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to delivery or account management

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Manager role
•Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM — managing pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data integrity
•Prior remote work experience with strong fluency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar)
•Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
•Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
