Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently and accurately perform Teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing negotiable instruments.
  • •Receive and process loan payments, transfers between accounts, and credit card cash advances.
  • •Examine documents for endorsements and negotiability; verify and balance cash daily and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Operate online teller terminal while maintaining privacy of customer information and ensuring compliance with teller procedures.
  • •Cross-sell bank products and services and provide courteous resolution of client requests and inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred; previous Teller experience preferred.
  • •Good communication skills, professional appearance, and a courteous, professional demeanor.
  • •Good math skills and typing skills.
  • •Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment (adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, telephone).
