Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists and analytics engineers as a player-coach
  • •Set technical direction and priorities, fostering technical excellence, experimentation, and clear accountability
  • •Lead Robinhood’s NPS program end to end, including survey design, sampling/weighting, driver analysis, verbatim analysis, and executive reporting
  • •Oversee the survey and research portfolio (e.g., safety perception, brand/product sentiment, benchmarking, trend tracking)
  • •Drive both analytics science and analytics engineering: measurement/experimentation/modeling plus pipelines, tooling, and data models; partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, trustworthy analytics
