Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire, develop, and retain Non-Resident Premier clients via outreach and referrals, and conduct in-depth reviews to identify needs.
  • •Deliver a tailored wealth management and financial planning service to a portfolio of HSBC clients.
  • •Advise on a full range of wealth-related products and services from HSBC and external partners.
  • •Continuously monitor information to assess impacts, identify risks, and spot opportunities.
  • •Ensure adherence to HSBC policy, procedures, and control requirements, including raising concerns promptly and maintaining operational integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience delivering excellent customer service and understanding customers’ needs in a relevant environment.
  • •Knowledge of financial planning and wealth products, with an understanding of working with Compliance, Credit & Risk, and Internal Control.
  • •Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses, with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
  • •Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking skills are advantageous).
