Complete daily underwriting and monitoring of credit for commercial loans in support of credit reviews. Prepare succinct credit approval memos, draft and review required documentation, and run risk rating models. Perform covenant tracking and portfolio monitoring, including financial statement reviews and projection-model work with provided assumptions. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of credit data across internal systems, identify emerging risks, and support Portfolio Reviews as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete daily underwriting and monitoring of credit, identifying risks or issues as needed.
•Prepare credit approval memos and supporting documents, including company/industry descriptions and case projection assumptions.
•Perform ongoing portfolio monitoring: covenant tracking, financial statement reviews, and running risk rating models.
•Verify covenants, track past-due/out-of-compliance items, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
•Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of credit data across internal systems; generate portfolio reporting and support Portfolio Reviews.

•Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
•2+ years of Commercial Banking credit analysis experience, ideally including leveraged finance experience.

•Proficiency in internal banking applications and strong verbal and written communication skills.
