Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deliver training materials and courses for end users, including classroom facilitator-led learning and eLearning modules
  • •Analyze system functionality with training developers and SMEs to create effective learning solutions for implementation
  • •Revise training materials to accommodate adult learners and evolving IT systems
  • •Provide engaging classroom and virtual facilitation for employees who administer social services programs
  • •Translate business requirements into non-technical and technical training documents and dashboards

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or similar quantitative discipline
  • •At least 5 years of experience conducting training in both in-person and virtual settings
  • •At least 2 years of experience supporting training programs for IT systems
  • •At least 2 years of experience supporting data analytics programs, with experience in core technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Azure and other relevant tools
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
