Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily import and export shipments across APAC, from factories to assigned ALO destinations.
  • •Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays or transportation issues.
  • •Monitor carrier and logistics service provider performance against service requirements.
  • •Prepare regular logistics reports and shipment performance updates.
  • •Support logistics cost control (including freight invoice verification) and contribute to process improvements and assigned logistics projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight operations.
  • •Basic understanding of import/export processes and shipping documentation; knowledge in China, Korea, or Australia inbound is a plus.
  • •Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, or 3PL providers.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
