Monitor vendor, carrier, and 3PL performance, track shipments, and resolve delivery or transportation issues. Use business intelligence tools to measure service performance, prepare logistics reports, and support freight invoice verification and logistics cost control. Partner with Planning, Operations, Distribution, and Customer Service teams to keep products moving smoothly.
