Executive - Sales Support - Express Logistics

Support the sales and accounts receivable process for express logistics customers by coordinating timely invoicing and invoice submissions, tracking supporting documentation, and handling customer-raised invoicing issues. Manage payment details (including deductions and TDS) with correct invoice-wise accounting, perform shipment-wise deduction/debit analysis, reconcile customer accounts, and help reduce overdue to improve DSO while ensuring customer agreement renewals are flagged.
