Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, direct, and support others across full-range supply chain activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
  • •Own the successful setup and delivery of project supply chain processes, procedures, and activities within the project execution plan/schedule and approved budgets.
  • •Develop and issue the project-specific procurement execution plan and/or contracting strategy, including contract schedule and associated computerized systems.
  • •Establish and manage procurement status reporting (PSR), run PSR meetings, and notify project management of delays and critical risks.
  • •Lead supplier management: manage performance reviews, ensure corrective actions, embed contractual obligations, and maintain auditable documentation while promoting safe working practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (business studies, law, engineering, supply chain or similar) or CIPS qualification/industry equivalent.
  • •12+ years of supply chain experience with progression to a similar management position.
  • •Experience with subcontract agreements/framework agreements, including industry forms of subcontract and complex tactical procurement.
  • •Knowledge of logistics and materials management, client contract requirements, and supply chain principles and techniques.
  • •Experience leading complex tender activities, supplier relationship management, and audit/assurance activities.
