Salary: USD 182,500 - 208,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or related) plus the ability to obtain the degree by the scheduled start date, or a bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •4+ years of Product Management experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Ability to create and execute a broader product strategy and build a roadmap for Core HR products.
  • •Capability to partner cross-functionally with tech and business stakeholders to deliver optimized self-service experiences.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership product management areas.
