Personal Financial Counselor, Assignment Ready Counselor - Rhode Island

Provide personal financial counseling to military service members and their families at installations, including one-on-one guidance, briefings, and referrals. Cover short-term, surge, and on-demand assignment needs, including pre-/post-deployment financial education and workshops. Coordinate with installation and military branch points of contact to deliver the program within scope, support virtual counseling when authorized, and manage DoD duty-to-warn situations.
