Key Responsibilities

•Support the Retail Training Manager in implementing training initiatives and ensuring frontline teams embody the running culture.
•Architect and deliver structured retail training assets and methodologies to accelerate frontline talent and ensure compliance with guidelines.
•Conduct on-site coaching and store visits to diagnose skill gaps and improve store KPIs, partnering with Area Managers on key metrics.
•Execute training projects under brand guidelines to boost staff productivity and build actionable best-practice libraries.
•Organize running-related training and community initiatives to cultivate a runner mindset and connect with running consumers.

•Assist in designing and delivering structured retail training assets and methodologies for HOKA China.
•Conduct regular on-site coaching and store visits to diagnose frontline skill gaps and improve store KPIs.
