Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and engage affluent clients primarily through remote channels, with occasional in-person engagement, delivering professional and personalized service.
  • •Handle client servicing and sales matters, ensuring timely and accurate execution of instructions and requests.
  • •Respond to client enquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently by coordinating with internal stakeholders for prompt resolution.
  • •Conduct regular portfolio reviews, perform KYC updates, and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
  • •Identify and refer clients with wealth, investment, or insurance needs to Relationship Managers, and maintain knowledge of financial products to offer tailored solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • •CFMAS (Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services) certification is required
  • •Advanced experience managing Premier or Priority Banking clients in financial services or affluent client servicing
  • •Strong communication, client engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • •Knowledge of Premier Banking products, regulatory requirements, and compliance, credit, and risk management
