Usher/Ticket Taker - Darien Lake

As an usher, you help maintain venue safety and deliver a great guest experience before, during, and after shows. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, assist with seat locations, verify tickets, and scan entry passes. The role also includes keeping the venue clean and presentable, resolving guest issues, supporting guests with special needs, and guiding guests to exits during emergencies—often outdoors in rain or shine.
