Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, ECE, or related field (Ph.D. or Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience
•8+ years of experience developing production-quality compilers and tools
•Deep understanding of compiler internals, front-ends, and optimizers
•Strong programming fundamentals, especially in C/C++ and Python, with knowledge of parallel computer architectures and optimizations
•Experience with LLVM and MLIR (nice to have)
