Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement AI/ML systems that deliver measurable value for business challenges.
•Research, test, and apply state-of-the-art generative AI models and build agentic AI systems for autonomous reasoning and tool use.
•Create evaluation frameworks to assess model performance, detect hallucinations, and ensure output quality.
•Lead cross-team initiatives to integrate AI solutions into existing systems while ensuring scalability and compliance.
•Set enterprise technical standards through reference architectures, design reviews, and model lifecycle gates (e.g., bias audits, drift monitoring).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
•6+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning/AI solutions in production environments.
•Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python; familiarity with JavaScript and SQL.
•Expertise in generative AI and agentic system design, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation frameworks, and tool integration.
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex) and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
