Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform high-speed link modeling and simulation across high-speed I/O, IC packages, and system interconnections.
  • •Model and analyze power delivery networks and conduct electromagnetic modeling of 3D structures.
  • •Run pre- and post-route signal integrity analysis for PCB and ASIC/package designs.
  • •Write signal integrity design guidelines, test plans, and test reports; support prototype bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • •Provide technical leadership on SI/PI design reviews and mentor junior SI/PI engineers while improving SI/PI methodologies and simulation flows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years (or Masters with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years) of related experience.
  • •Apply EE fundamentals, electromagnetic theory, and coupling mechanisms in circuit or system design, analysis, or troubleshooting.
  • •Use transmission line theory and channel modeling to perform signal/power integrity simulation and analysis.
  • •Configure and interpret VNA, TDR, and oscilloscope measurements.
  • •Hands-on lab/measurement and troubleshooting experience supporting SI/PI validation of PCB and ASIC/package designs.
