Assistant Manager, Fulfillment

Lead daily fulfillment operations in the Phoenix authentication center, overseeing picking, packing, inventory prep, and dock activities while driving productivity against daily goals and SLA/KPI targets. Manage and develop a team of warehouse technicians (including up to 50 technicians plus leads), establish operational standards and procedures, coach performance, and ensure safety and security compliance. Partner cross-divisively to remove bottlenecks and improve processes through continuous improvement.
