Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and process medical insurance quote requests for SMEs, including review and processing within agreed turnaround times.
  • •Coordinate with the Sales team on underwriting, eligibility, and requote adjustments as needed.
  • •Follow up with insurers on quote status and escalate to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • •Maintain Salesforce CRM dashboards and prepare/maintain tables of comparison (TOCs) and related status tracking.
  • •Update insurance products and documentation in Bayzat systems/CRM, and provide weekly reporting on activity and technical issues.
