Job Summary

Lead and coordinate technical execution for engineering content across flight simulator programs, directing Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) through planning, integration, execution, and closeout. Serve as the technical lead by participating in peer/gate reviews, supporting PMRs, and coordinating technical activities across IPTs. Own technical, cost, and schedule performance through weekly/monthly Cost Account Management (CAM) reviews, while communicating with internal teams and customers/vendors under Directorate Chief Engineer guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage large, complex, strategically important project initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
•Act as the technical lead for an assigned engineering team, including leading/participating in peer & gate reviews and supporting PMRs.
•Coordinate technical activity among program IPTs and communicate within and outside the organization with customers or vendors.
•Conduct weekly/monthly Cost Account Management (CAM) reviews and maintain responsibility for technical, cost, and schedule performance.
•Implement improvements to processes, systems, solutions, or products and execute strategic goals established by leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
•8+ years of USG/DoD development program experience.
•3+ years of Engineering Lead experience in USG/DoD development programs.
•3+ years of experience with IBM/Rational or Atlassian tools, DOORS, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Microsoft Project.
•Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
