Follow lockout/tagout, electrical safety, hazard communication, and PPE requirements while operating a forklift safely.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with maintenance personnel to keep all equipment in top working order and ensure only quality products are released to customers.
•Troubleshoot, remove, and replace electronic, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and optic systems components.
•Read programmable controller information to diagnose complex problems and repair AC/DC motor controls.
•Replace belts, pulleys, cables, chains, bearings, gears, and related equipment; perform pre-inspections and log all work performed accurately.
•Follow lockout/tagout, electrical safety, hazard communication, PPE, and related safety programs; operate a forklift safely and maintain clean work areas.

•Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics and have knowledge of PLC/programmable controllers.
•Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 pounds and follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout; maintain certified electrical worker status and CPR.
