Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate the shared AI/LLM platform layer, including model routing, fallback, API gateway patterns, rate limiting, and multi-provider abstraction.
  • •Own cost and usage optimization for AI spend, covering model selection, prompt/context efficiency, caching, and session-level cost controls.
  • •Build evaluation, observability, and monitoring for LLM features and agents, including quality regression detection and usage analytics.
  • •Drive engineering adoption of AI coding agents/assistants by building internal tooling, guardrails, and agentic SDLC workflows (review/QA).
  • •Partner with business and corporate functions to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI enablement (skills, agents, connectors, onboarding/templates) for non-technical users.

Salary: EUR 85,000 - 94,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience, leading impactful technical initiatives.
  • •Hands-on production experience building with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar), including prompt/context design and agentic workflows.
  • •Ability to simplify complex business flows into clear, reliable, automatable systems.
  • •Experience delivering technology adopted by non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency building internal developer platforms/shared infrastructure and strong design skills (distributed systems, observability, secure API design).
